Official premiere for the Advanced Leadership Foundation in Greece, the 1st Human Capital Summit, entitled "Talent Management from drain to gain" organized by ICAP People Solutions, on June 4, 2015 at the Athens Ledra Hotel.
Gina Senduka, CEO and Partner of Red design consultants, Country Chair of Advanced Leadership Foundation in Greece presented the Foundation's program that gives the opportunity for company managers up to 30 years old to work in one of Forbes-500 companies in Washington and more major governmental and non -profit organizations, provided that after the completion of the program they will return to their companies and apply the skills acquired.
Among the more than 1,000 companies and organizations co-operating with the Advanced Leadership Foundation are the White House and the American Congress, the IMF, World Bank, Bank of America, American Express, Citi Group, Prudential, Apple, Microsoft, Google, General Electric, Coca Cola, Ford, Metlife etc. The executives are selected by the Advanced Leadership Foundation after sending their CV and participate in a 4 months hands on program - which starts every September and January - and includes: 4 working days a week and one day a week Leadership Seminars by professors of top universities such as Georgetown, John Hopkins, Harvard.
